WHEN IT COMES TO EATING, WE HAVE STRONG HABITS. SOME ARE GOOD ( I ALWAYS HAVE BREAKFAST) AND SOME ARE NOT SO GOOD ( I ALWAYS CLEAN MY PLATE). IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO CHANGE THEM.
