Food is essential to our survival. it is also one of the great pleasures in life. it is no wonder then that fruit, vegetables, meat and drink have been common motifs in painting.
As long as art has been made, artists have found in food an enlessly elastic metaphor.

- Write a human rights inspired song. Use these guidelines: Pick an article from UDHR. Create a story emerging from the rights contained in this article. Consider how you would feel if this right was taken away from you. Decide what your song will be: a message of support or hope?, an echo of the voice of the abused?, an instigation to stay strong?.. Brainstorm ideas. Remember: your song is giving voice to the voiceless. Start by writing the chorus first and then develop the verses. Never give up or delete. If you get writers block, take a break, listen to a song that inspires you. And, enjoy youselves!
